This case study aims to evaluate penile gangrene priapism sequele due Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) first report Indonesia.Case Presentation: A 45-years old male patient admitted at Muara Teweh hospital before referred Ulin Hospital presented with Fournier unconfirmed leukemia comorbidities used this report.
